Knight to a King

(Poetry Form)

As I dream a dream I give her my life

To love and protect for all of eternity

As God as my sight and wisdom
I am given the strength to be set free

Always sharing, giving my everything

To love and to hold her forever with a smile

I cannot live without her much longer

She must know now after all this while

My vision within is God granted

From the strength of Kings I am a Knight

Suttle and Sincere I will carry her with me

As the wings of my glory take flight

Into a world of conquest for peace

Love and honor behold thy Kingdom

A warrior for her greatness untold
And what is untold is the true wisdom

Does she see what I see or is it me

That her eyes are bestowed upon

Does she forgive me of my faults and sin

Will she miss me while I am gone

I am prepared for the story of glory

I will fight to save them and the Queen

My history will not be lost nor forgotten

My inner strength God himself has seen

I believe the grace of yet another day

Will allow me to master thy enemy

To teach and master thy will

Is in our own childrens destiny

For my fate is great beyond this earth

Into the dark realm of another

To bring joy and to bring the light

And to bring us all peace here forever after

For if I ever a King I shall sing

The amazing grace once given to thee

To the Knight of darkness and power

Who has fought all evil to set us all free
